Andreas Huber is the young owner and winemaker of this beautiful small estate high on the slopes of the Val d’Isarco. The vineyards lie 700 meters above sea level, just above the ancient Abbazia di Novacella monastic complex. Very old vines planted in gravel and sandstone soil produce wines of vibrantly aromatic character, bright, steely and elegant.
The winery is in the process of becoming 100% biodynamic.
