| Margherita and Gavino Deriu are the husband and wife team that runs this small estate of 6 hectares in the hills near Codrongianos in the province of Sassari, the north of Sardinia. Planted 30 years ago on a marly/calcareous terrain by Gavino’s father, the vineyards produce 20.000 bottles that interpret the traditional Sardinian grapes, Vermentino and Cannonau enhancing their expressive, untamed quality. Deriu’s wines are pure, fragrant, vibrant and powerfully fruity. |
