Winemaking: Produced in the island of Marie Galante in Guadeloupe, renowned for the quality of its sugarcane fields.
Slow fermentation in stainless steel tank. Distilled twice in a ”bain-marie” (double bolier”) Muller’s Pot Still. Aged 3 years in barriques previously used to age white Burgundy wine.
