Winemaking: Vineyard located 400 meters above sea level. Limestone and clay soil. 4000 vines per hectare, some old ‘alberello’ bush-vines, the rest trained in spurred cordon system. Hand harvest in mid-September. 7 days maceration on the skins. Stainless steel aging for 9 months.
