Varietal:  20% Magliocco, 40% Caglioppo, 25% Nocera, 10% Nerello Cappuccio, 3% Cabernet Franc, 1% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking: Calcareous and clay soil. 600 meters above sea level, spurred cordon, 10.000 vines per hectare. Yield: 1 pound of grapes per vine. Fermented in wood for 20 days, 18 months in barriques. Bottled 3 years after harvest.
Alcohol: 13.50%
