Appellation: Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle DOC Vintage: 2016 Varietal: 100% Prie Blanc Winemaking: 1100 above sea level, sandy and moraine soil, south exposure. The vines are from 25 to 50 years old and are planted at a density of 4000 plants per hectare with a low Guyot system. The grapes are manually harvested in late September and fermented without the skins and only with indigenous yeasts for 3 days followed by frequent battonage for 7 days.
